The family raised three kids in this house and it showed in the best way. Every closet had something worth pulling out. The kitchen alone took us a full day to price.

What was available

Living room had a sectional sofa, matching armchair, and a solid oak entertainment center. Kitchen was fully loaded with a KitchenAid mixer, cast iron Dutch ovens, a full set of Calphalon pans, and a bread machine still in the box. The basement had bins of Christmas decorations, Halloween costumes, and Fourth of July banners going back 20 years.

The garage had a Craftsman rolling tool chest, a table saw, circular saw, and enough extension cords to reach the neighbors. Backyard had a Weber gas grill, patio set, and a potting bench with clay pots stacked underneath.
