What you'll find out here

The west side has a specific flavor. Lots of mid-century ranches from the 1960s and 70s with original furniture, garages full of quality tools, and kitchens packed with vintage cookware. The Beaverton and Aloha area in particular has a lot of retirees who worked at Tektronix or Intel back in the day. Engineers tend to have well-organized workshops and very good tools.

Hillsboro has been growing fast, but the older neighborhoods near downtown still have estate-sale-worthy homes. We ran a family downsizing sale there that cleared the entire contents of a four-bedroom house in a weekend.

Tigard and King City have a lot of downsizing situations. Couples moving from houses to condos or assisted living. These sales tend to have complete households worth of furniture, kitchenware, and personal collections.
